What a chapter requires
- Senior pastor blessing and a church sponsor
- Theological alignment with Holding Hope’s DNA
- A dedicated private meeting space
- Two trained facilitators (never one alone)
- Commitment to clinical supervision access

Phase 1
Months 1–3
Foundation
- Finalize facilitator training and the theology/safety guide
- Build the church onboarding kit

Pilot
- Conduct two pilot trainings with local churches
- Host one full cycle of a Holding Hope gathering
